Millet is more than just an interesting alternative to the more common grains, the protein structure of millet is quite similar to wheat, however one glaring exception is that millet is a non-gluten grain and as such not classified as an allergen. Its also distinctively healthy, enriched with some very distinctive nutrients, including copper, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. This is especially good as millet will make distinctive baked goods, especially breads and pancakes.

Simply add powder to a heated pan with your preferred milk stir until the consistency you want and enjoy.
